At Glasswing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your parcel.
Package and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our studio inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
